Contracted analysis of intestinal microbiota and fungal microbiota: "Biological-related amplicon sequencing analysis."
We offer comprehensive analysis of a wide range of biological samples derived from humans and animals, including feces, oral cavity, and skin, from DNA extraction to data analysis (applications can be made for a single sample).
This is an amplicon sequencing analysis using next-generation sequencers (MiSeq, Illumina). It is a service that offers microbiome analysis of various samples, including intestinal microbiota (gut flora) analysis, skin resident microbiota analysis, and oral microbiota analysis. We handle DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, sequencing, and analysis all in one package. Please send us samples such as feces, intestinal contents, or saliva when making a request. The delivered data can also be used for academic papers. By using our collection kit, it is possible to store samples at room temperature. The results obtained from microbiota analysis represent the relative abundance of specific microbial groups, not absolute quantities. By combining with real-time PCR, the absolute quantity of microorganisms can also be quantified in terms of DNA amount. Service highlights: - Excellent cost performance - Comprehensive analysis of bacterial/archaeal microbiota - Analysis of sequences approximately 430 bp long for bacteria and approximately 385 bp long (paired-end) for archaea - Analysis of fungal communities using the ITS region - Acquisition of about 10,000 reads, allowing detection of low-abundance taxa - Support for RNA analysis - We also accommodate requests for analysis only from already obtained sequence data - Options for α and β diversity analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, etc.

basic information
【Analysis Content】 ○DNA extraction and purification ○PCR amplification and purification ○Quality check of PCR products using a bioanalyzer ○Quantification of PCR products ○Sequencing ○Determination of DNA nucleotide sequences (fastq file acquisition) ○Assembly of paired-end sequences using Fastq-join (Fastq-join file acquisition: MiSeq only) ○Quality filtering (fasta file acquisition) ○Data analysis 【Data analysis can be selected from two types of software】 ○Set 1: Metagenome@KIN Database (bacteria, yeast): RDP + Technosulga Lab Microbial Identification Database Database (fungi): RDP ○Set 2: QIIME2 Database (bacteria, yeast): Greengenes database Database (fungi): UNITE 【Acceptable Sample Types】 Category A: Feces, intestinal contents, rumen fluid Category B: Saliva, plaque, skin swabs, etc. 【Sample Submission Method】 Please send samples using methods that minimize changes in the microbiota, such as freezing or refrigeration. Freezing is recommended for feces. Using our collection kit allows for transportation under refrigeration while preventing changes in the microbiota.
