The "SRR Adhesive Roll" can be used with YanGo's SRR web cleaner device (which includes a semi-automatic roll cleaning system) and is also compatible with the replacement of existing rolls. YanGo addresses various issues that have been problematic with adhesive tape rolls, such as "vibration during high-speed operation," "gaps between the adhesive tape roll and the clean roll," "gaps at the junction when combining two adhesive tape rolls for specifications over 1500mm in width," and "dust generation due to friction between the air shaft and the core of the adhesive tape roll." The clean rolls used can be selected from silicone-based or non-silicone-based options, and they possess dust removal capabilities that can eliminate fine dust particles below 1μ, while also accommodating ultra-thin films at the 10μ level. The web width can be supported from 255mm to 3000mm, and it can be used in narrow spaces or within vacuum chambers.
