"Brilliant Cut" is a stainless steel non-oxidative cutting method that achieves a cutting surface roughness equivalent to that of standard machining finishes (▽▽: Rz 25μm or less). It not only expands its applications in the machining field but also reduces costs and labor by minimizing taper (improved taper accuracy through optimal focal point settings) and reducing discoloration on the backside, which decreases the need for subsequent processes that were traditionally required.
