The interiors of the molds we manufacture are free of defects, and the edges are smooth, significantly reducing molding defects caused by the molds. ◆ Surface Treatment ◆ Options for texture (MT standard), high-gloss polishing, and mirror finishing are available. ◆ Steel for Plastic Molds ◆ We import all steel materials from Germany, Japan, and Switzerland, including BUDERUS from Germany, Assab from Switzerland, AISI & JIS, P20, H13, and Starvax 420 (stainless steel). ◆ Product Quality Assurance ◆ All products are 100% manufactured in Taiwan, and through rigorous production and quality management until shipment, we can provide products tailored to our customers' needs.
