The "High-Temperature, Inert Gas Replacement Type Twin-Screw Extrusion Device" is a twin-screw kneading and single-screw pelletizing kneader-loader device for the development of high-performance resins. To add further functionality to existing polymers, new material development is being conducted through polymer alloys, blends, and compounding. This machine can knead under high-temperature vacuum conditions (420°C at 1 torr or less). Additionally, it features immediate strand extrusion after kneading, allowing for pelletization after cooling, making it optimal for research and development purposes.
