[Proportional Solenoid Valve] A proportional solenoid valve is an electromagnetic valve that can take any opening degree, unlike a general on-off valve that cannot achieve high-precision control. For example, if pressure control is performed using an on-off solenoid valve, the valve must be operated as follows: - If the fluid pressure exceeds the set pressure: close the on-off solenoid valve - If the fluid pressure drops below the set pressure: open the on-off solenoid valve With this method, there is a range of set pressures, allowing for pressure control within that range, but it cannot control a single point of pressure. By combining a proportional solenoid valve with a pressure gauge, a pressure control loop is completed, enabling high-precision pressure control. Additionally, when combined with a flow meter, it becomes a flow control valve, and when combined with a thermometer, it becomes a temperature control valve, allowing for easy local control simply by combining with various sensors. [Compact Solenoid Valve for Medical and Analytical Equipment] This is a compact-sized solenoid valve for analytical equipment, featuring the reliable and proven rocker mechanism along with Bürkert's innovative actuator mechanism "TwinPower." Compared to conventional products, it reduces power consumption by approximately 75%. Furthermore, this solenoid valve has a special structure that prevents fluid from coming into contact with metal, using high corrosion-resistant materials such as PEEK and FFKM for the wetted parts.
