TDK Lambda's new product "ZWS-BP Series" is a compact and high-efficiency board-type AC-DC switching power supply that is optimal for driving loads with double peak load capability. 【Features】 ● Supports double peak load. ● Reduces energy loss with over 5% higher efficiency at full load compared to conventional products. ● Achieves significant miniaturization and weight reduction compared to conventional products. Volume reduction: 33%, weight reduction: 31%. ● Significantly reduces standby power during control OFF. (R option model) 100V input: 0.15W typ, 200V input: 0.5W typ. ● Achieves 100% load usage at an ambient temperature of 50°C (standard mounting). ● Guarantees an operating ambient temperature of -10°C to +70°C for all models (standard mounting). ● The warranty period is 5 years (conditions apply).

- By optimizing the power circuit and internal components, we achieved an extremely high efficiency of 91% (ZWS240BP-24) for board-type power supplies. Furthermore, we realized over 80% efficiency even at light load conditions of around 20%, maintaining high efficiency from light load to full load. - Despite having the same output capacity as conventional models, the board area has been reduced by approximately 33%.
