How to Use in Hotel Rooms There are many cases where an ozone generator is effective, such as when a smoking room is provided as a non-smoking room or when a guest with a strong odor has stayed. If the odor is slightly concerning, release ozone for about 10 minutes; if you determine the odor is strong, release it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
