G HWA's piping materials are manufactured in our own factory in Thailand under strict production management, sourcing raw materials from Germany and the United States, and based on German quality control. In recent years, ASME standards have been increasingly adopted for pharmaceutical and preparation equipment overseas. ■Material 316L that meets the chemical composition of ASME BPE-2009 Table DT-3 304L, 1.4404, and 1.4435 ■Manufacturing Tolerances Compliant with ASME BPE-2009 Table DT-5 and Table DT-6 ■Weld End Preparation End face treatment of pipes and fittings suitable for automatic welding machines ■Surface Finish High-quality mechanical polishing from 0.8μm to 0.38μm Electrolytic polishing and other requirements can be accommodated upon request. ■Quality Control Items Dimensional inspection, end face treatment inspection, internal surface roughness measurement, visual inspection ■Product Marking G HWA, part number, heat number, ASME BPE, marking of surface finish treatment ■Certificates Material certification 3.1 according to certified material testing methods (DIN EN10204/ASTM A1016) Certificates for raw materials can be issued upon request.
