Water-based single-component ceramic paint adopted in many famous buildings and commercial facilities. "When applied to concrete, it does not require repainting for over 20 years."
The MSA-1000 series ceramic coating agent is a weather-resistant color paint for concrete and various substrate surfaces, made by adding inorganic pigments to water-based ceramic paint. It cures at room temperature and is non-combustible, making it safe to use. Since the main component is inorganic, it finishes with a matte, natural texture. Additionally, the coating is hard, making it resistant to marks even when subjected to loads after painting, and it can be applied to concrete that still retains moisture due to its porous membrane. 【Features】 ○ Water-based single-component paint ○ Long-term weather resistance (there are examples of not needing repainting for 30 years) ○ Customizable colors using inorganic pigments ○ Safe paint that does not contain VOCs *Apply our MC Primer for substrate preparation. Applications/Examples of results
<Kabukiza> The Kabukiza in Ginza, a hall of Kabuki registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, underwent reconstruction due to issues such as aging and seismic performance. During this process, emphasis was placed on preserving the design of the fourth-generation building. To address the challenge of how to reproduce the wall color of the fourth generation, a method was adopted that involved applying a paint called 'MSA-1000,' made from natural minerals, to concrete, creating a soft luster similar to that of plaster. <Jissen Women's University> The new Shibuya campus of Jissen Women's University, characterized by its white, simple, and urban impression, was built to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the school's founding. During its construction, concerns arose regarding the short construction period and the brief curing time of precast concrete (PC), which could lead to issues such as paint film peeling due to moisture evaporation from the concrete and load marks during transportation. However, these concerns were alleviated by using a water-based topcoat ceramic paint called 'MSA-1000,' which is particularly excellent in "breathability" among ceramic paints known for their hard film characteristics.
