Black paint with high emissivity across the entire infrared spectrum, featuring high thermal resistance (1500°C) for near, mid, and far infrared radiation.
By applying the ceramic coating agent CRC-1500 at a thickness of 10 to 20 μm on metal surfaces or refractory surfaces and heating it at around 250°C for about 20 minutes to cure, a high emissivity coating can be obtained across the entire infrared spectrum. <Heat Radiating Plate> We have taken on the challenge of enhancing the effectiveness of far-infrared heaters, which warm the human body through far-infrared rays emitted from heating elements (such as halogen, carbon, and ceramic) within the heater. Ceramics, when heated, emit a significant amount of far-infrared rays at wavelengths that are easily absorbed by human skin, thereby increasing the heating effect of far-infrared radiation. Focusing on this characteristic, we developed a coating called 'CRC-1500' that enhances the "far-infrared effect." When applied to the heating element, it achieves a high emissivity (absorption) rate across the entire infrared spectrum. Additionally, it possesses "heat resistance" capable of withstanding ultra-high temperatures of 1500°C, making it useful not only for improving the far-infrared effect of heaters but also for measuring the emissivity of high-temperature objects using radiation thermometers.
