【Features】 [Insulated Probe] ○ An insulated probe backed by years of experience as an OEM manufacturer of voltage probes for oscilloscopes. ○ A probe for oscilloscopes that excels in heat resistance, humidity resistance, and robustness. [FET Probe] ○ High-impedance measurements can be performed while the circuit is in operation. ○ With an input capacitance of just 1.9pF, it is particularly effective for waveform observation in the VHF and UHF bands. [Wideband Low-Capacitance Probe] ○ A passive probe with an input static capacitance of only 0.25pF (at 10:1) across a frequency range of DC to 6GHz. ○ No power supply required. ○ For circuit measurements with relatively low impedance, such as 50Ω lines, the low input capacitance allows measurements up to high frequency ranges.
