[Content] [Points to Note When Injection Molding POM] ○ The most important consideration when performing injection molding of POM is safety. ○ When setting conditions for POM, to prevent burrs, do not set the molding temperature, injection speed, and holding pressure too high. [Methods for Fixing Workpieces for Machining (Regarding the Use of Vices)] ○ Since vices are side clamps, they cannot be securely fixed if there are no parallel surfaces on the fixing side. ○ If the clamping force is too strong, warping may occur, and if it is clamped lightly, machining accuracy may vary, which could lead to the workpiece coming loose and being thrown off. ○ To take advantage of the benefit of starting machining without creating a fixing jig, it is important to understand the disadvantages well and use it accordingly.
