We are a company that uses metal materials to shape our customers' thoughts (images) into reality. Currently, we manufacture and sell various mechanical parts, focusing on important safety components for automobiles and motorcycles. Our main manufacturing technologies include "aluminum gravity casting" and "various cutting processes," allowing us to make proposals tailored to our customers' needs. 1) In aluminum gravity casting, we design and develop everything in-house, from casting method proposals to molds and casting machines, including sand cores (all utilizing our unique technology). 2) Similarly, for NC processing (machining and lathe processing), we also develop cutting tools and create jigs in-house, enabling consistent support from the design stage to mass production. 3) Starting this term, we have launched an aluminum casting manufacturing service that eliminates the need for wooden or metal molds using a 3D sand mold printer, further shortening delivery times and allowing for prototype responses from single pieces. Please feel free to consult with us first.
