The Model EGAXT accelerometer is an oil-damped accelerometer that uses advanced semiconductor piezoresistive MEMS sensor elements, providing an excellent dynamic range and stability. It offers a range selection from ±5g to ±2500g, achieving optimal damping coefficients for compact and high g-range applications. You can choose from options suitable for various testing environments. Additionally, it features an internal stopper structure, enabling shock resistance (up to 10,000g) and a flat amplitude and phase response up to 3kHz.
