Our company, K2globals, has been engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of precision electronic devices. We have focused on cameras and have designed and manufactured high-sensitivity (0.01lx illumination) color full high-definition cameras measuring 2 cm on each side. Among these, the development of all-weather cameras (for example, those that can be installed in the wilderness of Hokkaido and are IP64 compliant) has utilized high-sensitivity cameras. To maintain a stable environment inside the housing of the camera, even in the heat of summer and the cold of winter, we employed Peltier elements, allowing for cooling in summer and heating in winter. Additionally, we used a communication module with a fixed IP address to enable image capture from specified cameras remotely, allowing images from specific cameras to be transferred to a computer from a distance. Furthermore, to ensure images remain as clear as possible during blizzards or fog, we incorporated a defogging application into the computer. In addition to the above, we have designed and manufactured various cameras, including prototypes for capturing images for grading carcass quality, cameras for monitoring flame conditions inside electric furnaces, and surgical field cameras worn by surgeons on their heads. We have also developed devices capable of detecting hidden skin blemishes using UV light.
