The "LCM100" is a next-generation conveyor developed as an alternative to belt conveyors and roller conveyors used for product transport within factories. It consists of a linear motor, sliders, and a controller integrated into one module, allowing for the transport of workpieces (items being conveyed) placed on the sliders. The controller can control the speed and stopping position of the sliders, enabling high-speed and high-precision "free movement." Unlike traditional conveyors that "flow" workpieces at a constant speed and in the same direction, the "LCM100" can "move" the sliders carrying workpieces freely by changing their speed and direction. It allows for control over the movement of each slider, enabling advanced transport processes that were impossible with conventional conveyors.
