The "ITOZ Outdoor Series" is a PSA oxygen gas generation system that allows for the control of the number of operating units based on the amount of O2 gas used. By reducing the consumption of raw air, it lowers the CP power consumption, resulting in significant energy savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions. Conventional two-tower PSA systems produce O2 gas intermittently because the two adsorption towers operate alternately. The number-controlled PSA achieves continuous O2 gas generation by staggering the adsorption and desorption timing with the combined units. As a result, the pressure inside the O2 buffer tank is maintained at a constant level, achieving a high discharge pressure of 0.3 to 0.35 MPa. Additionally, since the raw air is supplied sequentially from the air tank built into the main unit, it can protect the compressor without increasing tank capacity even when the generation amount increases.
