It is compatible with CAN measurement and is a user-friendly device that requires no pre-configuration due to automatic sensor recognition by the Hydrotechnik ISDS system. Hydrotechnik specializes in the collection, recording, and evaluation of information specifically for hydraulic plant/equipment diagnostic monitoring. By developing the MINIMESS mini test point and connecting peripheral measuring devices such as gauges, sensors, and measuring instruments, effective maintenance management tasks have been realized. By installing pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and other sensors in the line via the mini test points, comprehensive support for maintenance inspections and checks for defective areas is provided.

Pressure/temperature sensors and other additional sensors can be installed at any location of hydraulic equipment that measures directly using the QT100 flow sensor unit or standalone sensors, and by simply connecting them to a handy data logger (2025, 3020, 4010, 5070) via cable, monitoring and diagnosing hydraulic equipment becomes easy. When the data logger is powered on, all sensor data is automatically sent to the data logger without any setup. At that time, you can select only the necessary data from the display menu for data collection, and it is possible to check it in real-time on the display or record the data using the memory function. You can choose the channels to record and set the measurement frequency for each sensor from milliseconds to 10 minutes. The recording time can also be set arbitrarily from 1 second to 999 hours. At the start of measurement, in addition to pressing the start button, trigger start (pre-trigger setting 0-100%) is also possible. Once recording is complete, the data is saved and can be downloaded to any folder using dedicated PC software (HYDROcom 6).
