This is a powerful inclined jig characterized by high precision, high strength, parallel use, and low cost.

Ota Seiko Co., Ltd. manufactures powerful inclined jigs. There are Specification A (in 5° increments from 0° to 46°) and Specification B (in 5° increments from 90° to 45°), and the angles can be set using positioning pins. After setting, they can be fixed with 6-M16 bolts (three locations on each side), allowing for heavy cutting operations. Additionally, they can be used for simultaneous finishing of two machines according to T-slots, making them ideal for processing long parts.
