The carryover of SS is low, and good quality treated water can be obtained.
The solid-liquid separation of the "Super Pressurized Floating Device SUPER-DAF" uses a technology that attaches fine bubbles to particles in water, allowing for their flotation and removal. It is widely used alongside sedimentation methods for the removal of suspended solids (SS). The rapid separation speed of particles results in a compact device, and the high concentration of the resulting sludge makes subsequent treatments, such as dewatering, easier. 【Features】 ○ Achieves over 20 times the solid-liquid separation speed compared to sedimentation methods ○ The device is extremely compact ○ Very little outflow of SS ○ Produces high-quality treated water For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Principle】 ○ Extract water from the lower part of the pressurized flotation tank to increase pressure. ○ Introduce air during the process. ○ Create "pressurized water" with dissolved air at high pressure. ○ Mix the pressurized water with the raw water. ○ The dissolved air in the depressurized water forms fine bubbles that attach to the SS (suspended solids) in the raw water. ○ The SS with attached bubbles float up and are collected and discharged by the scraping blades. ○ The raw water from which SS has been removed passes through the area around the pressurized flotation tank and becomes treated water. ○ The resulting treated water has an SS concentration of about 5 mg/L. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
