A groundbreaking proposal for reviewing the management methods of water-cooled cooling towers, which incur significant costs along with pharmaceutical expenses.
Cooling water can be managed without using chemicals and without performing blowdown for concentration control. (Improvements) ★ Significant reduction in running costs due to the absence of chemicals ★ Reduction of environmental impact from chemical wastewater ★ Alleviation of wastewater treatment costs ★ Significant reduction in resource waste and water bill burden by cutting large amounts of blowdown water ★ Prevention of decreased thermal conductivity and increased power consumption due to scale buildup

basic information
Emile is a new water treatment device that fills a stainless steel housing with three types of ceramics of different particle sizes, approximately half full, for various treatment purposes. It uses the flow rate of water, passing through at 10 cm/s to 12 cm/s from below, to fluidize the ceramics. This process generates effects such as electric double layers, thermoelectric conversion, and cation exchange capacity between the water and the ceramics, resulting in the treated water becoming positively charged (cationized). The cationized water enhances the hydrogen bonding of water molecules, effectively preventing scale adhesion, detachment, corrosion of pipes, and the attachment of slime and biofilm.

Company information
Water, it is what shapes our "life." We always think seriously about water and the Earth's environment. Did you know that most of the water on Earth is seawater, and the water we use daily is only a tiny fraction, less than 1% of the total? Japan is naturally blessed with water resources, and clean water is available everywhere, just by turning on the tap. In the past, it was common to use river water or well water for drinking. However, due to industrial development, environmental pollution has progressed, and unless you are in a very pristine area, tap water can no longer be considered safe. Just as global warming has become a worldwide issue, we are now in an era where we need to be mindful of not polluting water and minimizing the burden on the environment. Our company aims to contribute globally by pursuing a sustainable, energy-efficient society through water treatment that does not use chemicals, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
