The EL2211 is a media converter that converts between 10/100/1000BASE-T and 1000BASE-SX/LX/BX. You can choose between single-mode and multi-mode fiber optics. It uses SC connectors. With the AUTO-MDI/MDIX feature and automatic recognition of full-duplex/half-duplex, you can use it without worrying about cross or straight cables. It can accommodate up to 16 units in the EMC1600 19" media converter chassis and supports 1-to-n network configurations. It is a RoHS compliant product.
