Taiyo Coating Co., Ltd. was established in 1966 in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture. Thanks to your support, we are now celebrating our 48th anniversary. From the beginning, we have been engaged in special coatings for a variety of small-lot products, including medical devices. However, with the changing times, the amount of work for mass-produced items, such as automotive parts, has increased, and our focus has shifted from special coatings for small lots to general coatings for mass production. In June 1988, we relocated to Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, and with the new factory, we made a fresh start and shifted our direction back to the medical device coatings and special coatings we focused on at our establishment. Since then, we have been striving daily with the motto "What others cannot do, we will do in coating." Taiyo Coating, located in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture, specializes in a wide variety of small lot and prototype painting. We take on daily challenges with products that other companies say, "We don't do that! We won't try! It's difficult!" We handle painting for medical devices, industrial robots, and optical equipment, as well as air conditioning equipment, industrial machinery, and fixtures and equipment related to aircraft. Additionally, we offer integrated production that includes various surface treatments such as cathodic electrodeposition, powder coating, various resin coatings, plating, anodizing, and silk printing. We excel in sizes ranging from palm-sized to about the size of a box of mandarins.
