The left-right convection structure achieves a stable testing environment. Marui's neutralization testing device circulates air adjusted in the air conditioning chamber in a consistent left-right direction within the testing tank, allowing for stable temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration at any position inside the tank. Additionally, by placing the humidifier outside the testing tank, there is no unnecessary CO2 intake, resulting in cost savings. Furthermore, the drain water is designed to return to the humidifier, contributing to water conservation.

The capacitive humidity sensor provides excellent humidity management accuracy. In neutralization testing machines that manage humidity using wet and dry bulb hygrometers, there is a possibility of errors due to handling of gauze, ventilation conditions, water quality, temperature fluctuations, etc. Achieving consistently accurate measurements requires considerable expertise, and there is also a need for management and replacement to prevent the deterioration of the gauze. Marui's neutralization testing equipment employs a capacitive humidity sensor, eliminating such measurement errors and management hassles, allowing for stable conditions within the test chamber at all times.

Measures against CO2 leakage are thorough. Double special gaskets are used in the door section to prevent CO2 from leaking. Additionally, the structure is designed with safety measures in mind, including a "safety automatic locking feature" to prevent accidents from inadvertently opening the device door during testing.
Company information
Marui is promoting the development of new testing equipment and the automation of testing devices through the introduction of cutting-edge technology, and has released the automatic pressure testing machine "Hi-ACTIS-2000," a concrete freeze-thaw testing device, and the specimen surface polishing machine "Haikenma Tsuru Tsuru." Additionally, the simple ground bearing capacity measuring device "Caspole," developed through collaboration between government, academia, and the private sector, is also a significant achievement. To continue making further advancements as a comprehensive testing machine manufacturer that creates an environment for the 22nd century, and to meet our customers' expectations, we will continue to make even greater efforts.
