The world's first knocker made with engineering plastic in the body.
The Emplanocker is a product developed as a new lineup of air knockers that our company has been selling for many years. Retaining the powerful impact of the SK series' magnetic fixation method, we have changed the main body material to engineering plastic, resulting in significant weight reduction and making it resistant to salt damage, oxidation, and corrosion. With the reduction in weight, the installation time has also been shortened, alleviating the burden on workers during installation in high places and other challenging environments.

basic information
The minimum model SKL-15 has a body weight of 70 grams. It can now be installed on laboratory-level small hoppers, shoots, and piping, which were impossible to install with conventional air knockers. The standard base plate is made of SUS304, but by changing the material of the base plate to resin, it has become possible to secure objects that are not metal using adhesive.

To create high-quality products, powder technology is an essential foundational technology. Since our establishment in 1968, we have consistently strived to acquire high-level powder technology. In particular, our contract processing division has become our mainstay, having cultivated extensive experience and achievements. We have responded to a wide range of customer requests, handling the processing of many materials and refining various processing techniques such as crushing, classification, mixing, drying, coating, and compounding. The fine powder products developed using the processing technologies gained from our extensive contract processing experience are our original offerings. These products utilize our unique chemical grinding technology, enabling us to achieve a level of grinding that cannot be obtained through other grinding methods, as well as allowing for special processing such as compounding with inorganic materials, compounding between resins, and surface coating.
