Iwatron Measurement Co., Ltd. will release six models of the "Rogowski Coil Current Probe SS-280A Series." The release date is set for August 6, 2014, with shipping expected to begin in late August of the same year. The price for all models is 210,000 yen (excluding tax). Iwatron Measurement expects to sell 500 units of the SS-280A series over the next year. The "Rogowski Coil Current Probe SS-280A Series" offers six types of measurement currents: 30A, 60A, 120A, 300A, 600A, and 1200A, with a frequency range of 3Hz (SS-286A) to 30MHz. Our previous models had a frequency limit of 20MHz, but we have achieved a 1.5 times wider bandwidth. This advancement significantly enhances the measurement capabilities for switching circuits, which are increasingly operating at high frequencies. The operating temperature range has been greatly expanded to -40°C to 125°C, allowing for comfortable measurements in high and low temperatures, and accommodating the evaluation of automotive equipment that requires operational guarantees in cold and tropical regions.
