The Iwatron Logosky coil current probes come in two series: the SS-280A series, which features a thin and flexible sensor capable of directly probing IC leads, and the SS-290 series, which has a longer sensor that can also probe busbars. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C, making them suitable for use in constant temperature chambers. They are ideal for high current switching tests of power semiconductors and for observing switching current waveforms in inverters, making them perfect for power electronics development.
