Powder clogging and adhesion prevention device "Jet Blaster"
JB-10, 30, 100, 300 *There is also an explosion-proof version powered by air.
It resolves powder clogging by the power of compressed air.
A jet blaster is a device that blows powerful air directly onto adhered powder to remove it and prevent clogging and adhesion.

Detailed information
-
Jet Blaster Operating Principle 1) Compressed air is stored in a tank. 2) When the solenoid valve is energized and the diaphragm valve is opened, compressed air is rapidly discharged from the nozzle, blowing away the powder. Even in the case of hard bridging, the inclusion of air improves fluidity. *By installing an air valve instead of a solenoid valve and controlling it with an air timer, it becomes an all-air driven explosion-proof specification.
-
Differences in discharge direction depending on the type of nozzle. *Nozzles vary in shape and specifications depending on the model.
-
Air direction based on the state of the powder: - In the case of adhesion, use a radial nozzle. - In the case of bridging or rat holes, use a 90° nozzle.

To create high-quality products, powder technology is an essential foundational technology. Since our establishment in 1968, we have consistently strived to acquire high-level powder technology. In particular, our contract processing division has become our mainstay, having cultivated extensive experience and achievements. We have responded to a wide range of customer requests, handling the processing of many materials and refining various processing techniques such as crushing, classification, mixing, drying, coating, and compounding. The fine powder products developed using the processing technologies gained from our extensive contract processing experience are our original offerings. These products utilize our unique chemical grinding technology, enabling us to achieve a level of grinding that cannot be obtained through other grinding methods, as well as allowing for special processing such as compounding with inorganic materials, compounding between resins, and surface coating.
