The sound level ranges from 84 decibels to 87 decibels during dry firing. Since the sounds do not overlap, it is relatively quiet. A 10φ dowel pin can also be driven in at 0.55 mega pascals. The number of strikes can be selected based on the length and depth of the drive. Furthermore, during trimming of aluminum castings, it is significantly quieter compared to continuous hammering hammers.
