In 1969, pioneers gathered to recreate authentic French bread, specifically the baguette from Paris, in Japan. That was the beginning. Since then, we have been active in introducing genuine French culture to Japan through "food." We want to recreate the "emotion" of the "rich land," "abundant activities," and "flow of time" that many people experience when visiting France, and provide a lifestyle in Japan where these can be felt in the same way. That is the work of our company, Nichi-Futsu Shoji.
