Screw piles are optimal for the construction of solar power generation foundations. They are made of steel pipes equivalent to SS400 material and are treated for rust and corrosion resistance with a hot-dip galvanized coating of over 80μm thickness on the surface. There are mainly two types: with flanges and without flanges. Screw piles with an outer diameter of Φ76 and lengths of 1200mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, and 2000mm are commonly used for solar power foundations.
