As a manufacturer of thrust bearings, we incur fewer costs for new jigs when it comes to cylindrical shapes, enabling us to achieve "mass production," "low cost," and "high quality." We have established a jig manufacturing system either in-house or at our factory in Vietnam, and we collaborate with machine manufacturers to propose processing methods that break away from conventional norms, even for processes that are difficult with existing equipment.

■Flat Grinding Double-sided flat grinding machines are available in vertical, horizontal, carrier type, and through-feed types, allowing for the selection of grinding methods tailored to the product. We possess various flat grinding machines, including rotary grinders, and process according to shape and precision requirements. Additionally, our double-sided honing machines can achieve flatness and parallelism within 1µm. ■Outer Surface Grinding In centerless grinding, any item can be processed through-feed, enabling cost-effective grinding of mass-produced items with micron-level precision. Of course, flange cutting is also possible, and we have cylindrical grinders and shoe-type equipment, allowing for grinding according to the required precision. ■Inner Surface Grinding We offer both chuck type and shoe type. The chuck type uses a special chuck that allows for multiple pieces to be ground at once, achieving cost reduction. The shoe type enables high-precision inner diameter grinding relative to outer surfaces and flats. ■Others We also have equipment for angular and eccentric grinding, and we modify existing equipment to perform grinding tasks that cannot be done otherwise. We conduct integrated production from material to finishing, including turning, heat treatment, plating, and barrel processing, either in-house or at partner factories. We are equipped with laser marking machines and measuring instruments, and we also accept orders for measurement and re-marking only.
