In addition to commercially available 10-sided shank tools, it can also perform milling with end mills and grinding with grinding wheels by optionally equipping a sub-spindle. ● The spindle has a maximum rotation speed of 20,000 min-1, and by keeping runout below 2 μm, it is capable of processing small diameter holes of less than φ0.1 mm. ● The spindle has a through hole of φ3, allowing for the processing of long workpieces. ● It is also capable of machining difficult materials such as cemented carbide. ● This machine is designed and manufactured entirely in-house, including the software.
