Free diagnosis of polyethylene tanks (measurements using an infrared spectrophotometer) will be conducted to confirm the estimated lifespan of the tanks. Based on the diagnostic results of the polyethylene tanks in the factory, there were tanks that needed to be replaced. We proposed not only the delivery of the tanks but also the complete construction work from tank removal, foundation work, tank installation, to piping restoration. Points: 1. The degree of deterioration can be measured using an infrared spectrophotometer. 2. For removal and installation, we will use a 50-ton crane with a long arm and high precision, rather than a unic crane, to carry out loading and unloading from the opposite side of the building. 3. The piping at the top of the tank will be cut, and flanges will be welded to facilitate the removal and installation of the tank. 4. To reduce the customer's burden, we will take on the total responsibility for the work from tank removal, foundation, tank installation, to piping restoration.
