The operating temperature range is -40 to 155 °C, with shock resistance of 25G for 6ms (in the longitudinal axis) and oil resistance up to 100 °C (engine oil). It has an absolute stroke of 20mm, with a range of +/-1% at a stroke of 19mm (-40 to 155 °C across the entire temperature range). The compact package design measures φ17×5.5 mm.
