This led to issues such as the edges of the conveyor belt contacting the worn rollers, causing fraying, and the belt being longitudinally torn due to burrs. The worn rollers also caused belt misalignment. Points: 1. Standard rollers do not have specific wear-resistant measures on their surfaces. 2. When problems occur, the line must be stopped, and recovery work must be carried out. 3. Torn belts may need to be replaced in some cases. 4. The conveyed items contain moisture, making them prone to adhesion.
