basic information
●Improvement of mass production We have achieved longer tool life through labor-saving with automatic tool changers and quality improvement through integration. Furthermore, we can manage identification, life cycle, and usage history using two-dimensional codes. ●Quality control and life cycle management are possible We can perform quality control by combining "cutting edges," "cutter pins," and "holders." By using an integrated holder for replacement, we can manage the life cycle of the holder and below. This allows us to maintain consistently stable scribing quality. ●Improvement of work efficiency Easy attachment and detachment is possible with magnets. We have reduced the auxiliary time due to blade changes, achieving a reduction to about 1/20 of the previous time. Both magnet and pin types can be easily attached to the holder joint for Mrcs.
