**Features** - It was previously called the Erichsen test under the old JIS K5400, but the name changed to "cupping resistance" from JIS K5600. - The automatic cupping test machine is driven by a micro-stepping controlled electric motor that allows for precise and stable deformation in 0.01 mm steps. It can be paused and resumed. - The control panel is equipped with the Triple I (R) navigation tool. This intelligent illumination interface detects which button is active at each step of the operation menu and displays it with a central red light, enabling intuitive operation. - To ensure visibility of all coating surfaces, including high gloss, matte, and colored samples, it is equipped with a complementary light system that allows for color changes to achieve maximum contrast. The intensity of the LED lighting illuminating the coating surface is also adjustable according to the direction of the light source. - TQC Sheen-Bus connectivity allows for operation via PC (an additional optional 'LinQ' is required for PC operation). - It is an ideal device for cupping tests.
