Use standard polyurethane timing belts to reduce costs. 2. Process the belt by creating suction holes and removing the teeth from the center. 3. Apply a high-strength silicone coating to the belt surface that has high grip (high friction coefficient), good non-stick and release properties, and is also wear-resistant.
