In the raw material air transport line, a diverter valve is used to distribute the tanks for input. Even if we replace it with another manufacturer, the dimensions such as diverter angle and spacing do not match. 2. There are no mechanical drawings or related documents for the existing equipment. 3. When removing and installing the diverter valve, disconnection and reconnection must be performed, which requires shutting off the main power supply, but we want to keep other lines operational.

We proposed selecting a valve from another manufacturer and modifying the upstream and downstream piping. Points: 1. Since there are no existing mechanical drawings, we will create detailed sketches on-site and design considering the angle of the diverter valve for both the current and replacement products. 2. To absorb any slight discrepancies that may arise during sketching, we will perform local welding on part of the flange to allow for fine adjustments to the angle. 3. To reduce costs and improve workability, we propose a new lightweight aluminum actuator that is inexpensive. 4. We will understand the wiring route from the control panel circuit diagram in advance and request a one-hour line stop at the start of construction to disconnect only the relevant sections.
