High-performance titanium alloy screws that combine lightweight and high strength!
Most of the titanium circulating in the general market is pure titanium, which does not meet satisfactory strength requirements, leading to limitations in the adoption of fastening components and the need to increase the number of uses. On the other hand, high-strength α+β type titanium alloys (Ti6Al-4V) have been adopted in some markets, but the α+β type, being difficult to process, is produced through hot forging and machining, making it hard to say that the costs are satisfactory. Therefore, through a unique manufacturing technology for β type titanium alloy (Ti 15-3-3-3) that has strength equivalent to that of α+β type, we have successfully achieved continuous forging mass production and realized cost reduction.

In 1927, our company started as a manufacturing and sales business focused on hardware products such as cotter pins, and in 1957, we began mass production as a pioneer of stainless steel screws. The frontier spirit that lives on at Maruemu Seisakusho has led to the creation of core technologies based on our history and the accumulation of skills, including "product development of new materials, material processing, and fastening technology."
