Although an ionizer had already been installed, it was only effective for top-side ionization and not for the underside. I suggested performing ionization from the gap at the belt transfer point. We decided to install a DC corona discharge ionizer bar made by Kasuga Electric and connect it to the instrumentation air to ionize the backside of the molded products. Since it is a DC type, the ion generation is significantly higher, and by using clean air in conjunction, it allows for faster and more effective ionization.
