A long and irregular PTFE-filled material that has never existed before is now available to you.
ALP extruded products are composed of our original composite material, which combines fillers with fluororesin (PTFE), and feature various characteristics that are unique due to our extrusion technology. We can also manufacture products with special cross-sections. <Features> - Shape: Long products and special cross-section products are acceptable. - Low friction and wear resistance: We select original materials tailored to the usage environment, resulting in a low friction coefficient and excellent wear resistance. - Chemical resistance: Strong against acids and alkalis, suitable for use with most chemicals. - Operating temperature range: Wide range from -200°C to 200°C. If you are facing issues such as "poor sliding," "insufficient heat resistance," or "insufficient chemical resistance," please feel free to contact us. We will select ALP material (PTFE with fillers) suitable for your usage conditions and environment. *ALP is a trademark of Starlight, referring to PTFE material reinforced with fillers. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Starlight Industries was established in 1936 as a venture company focused on the development of unique sliding materials using phenolic resin. Since then, we have been engaged in the development of new materials, including high-performance engineering plastics, and their composites. Utilizing tribology (friction, wear, and lubrication engineering) and cutting-edge molding technology as key technologies, we provide one-stop solution proposals based on material design, molding processing, and evaluation analysis technology to achieve "optimization and labor-saving" in a wide range of applications and production equipment, including steel, paper, shipbuilding, industrial machinery, robotics, electrical and electronic equipment, and mobility, transport, and conveying equipment. Starlight's strengths: - Compound technology that meets friction performance - Performance evaluation and analysis technology for product design - Molding and processing technology that optimizes costs
