At a film manufacturing company, there is a location where rolls of film, which are the products, are transported using forklifts. Due to changes in the layout of the work area, the turning space has become very narrow, making it difficult to operate forklifts in that area. Roll size: 1800L × φ500 to φ800, Weight: up to 800 kg. The film being rolled must not be damaged, as it will be recycled. Issues: 1. Transport operations in this area require skilled operators, even for qualified forklift drivers, due to the reduced space. 2. Various small lifters other than forklifts can contribute to space-saving, but since the forks are horizontal, there is a risk that the rolls may roll off during transport. 3. Forklift operation can only be performed by individuals who have obtained qualifications through special training or skill courses.
