Utilize 7 FFU fan units to achieve a cleanroom environment with a cleanliness class of 10,000. 4. Install an air shower at the entrance and exit for personnel to prevent dust generation from people. 5. Install an automatic aluminum shutter in the ceiling for mold changes.
