We received a request to clean the surroundings in order to prevent foreign matter contamination during the loading of raw materials into the powder mixer. It was necessary to process the installation for the dehumidifier to make it easier to attach. Issues and Points 1. We want to prevent foreign matter contamination during the mixing of raw materials. 2. We want to make design changes easy, such as connections with the dehumidifier. 3. The internal walls should be structured to minimize powder accumulation and adhesion. 4. We want the appearance to be aesthetically pleasing and convey a sense of cleanliness.

We proposed the installation using a double-structured KAMATA aluminum frame combined with electrostatic PET. To connect to the dehumidifier prepared by the customer, we installed a SUS chamber box for connection to our FFU. Additionally, due to some existing piping in the installation area, we utilized the features of the custom-designed KAMATA clean booth and suggested a stepped ceiling. Points: 1. The double-structured KAMATA aluminum frame flattens both sides, minimizing dust accumulation. 2. The stepped structure accommodates the piping according to the site conditions. 3. R-shaped baseboards are installed at the installation surface between the aluminum frame and the floor for easy cleaning. 4. A sliding door is installed for easy transport with a cart, and double-opening doors are provided at the equipment entrance.
