To exhaust outdoors, it is necessary to bring the exhaust duct from the second floor to the roof of a four-story factory and install a large exhaust fan outside. The room will be enclosed with insulated non-combustible panels for explosion-proofing, and to enhance exhaust efficiency, two additional draft chambers will be set up inside the room for cleaning. Care will be taken to maintain a balance between supply and exhaust air to avoid negative pressure, and a chemical filter will be installed to supply air to the room using an OA fan. Points: 1. Construct the room with insulated non-combustible panels. 2. Introduce two SUS draft chambers for two cleaning personnel, creating a sink state inside the chambers for cleaning. 3. Surround the chemical storage rack inside the room with a non-combustible curtain, individually exhaust with a fan, and connect to the exhaust duct of the draft. 4. Install a frame for the exhaust fan on a concrete base, raising the exhaust duct to the roof for exhaust.
