Installation of a clean lab within the factory premises.
The manufacturer of the pulverizer needed to improve the working environment for contract processing of crushing and fine grinding. Operations were being conducted in a corner of the factory, but there was a risk of foreign matter contamination during the input of raw materials for crushing. Customer surveys also indicated a demand for improvements in the working environment, and there was a call for the establishment of a clean lab in line with the trend towards finer particle sizes. Additionally, since cleaning with organic solvents is involved in the work, exhaust equipment that complies with various regulations, including the Labor Safety and Health Act, was also required, not just to ensure cleanliness. Issues: 1. Increased risk of foreign matter contamination when performing nano-level grinding (as pointed out by customers). 2. Appropriate exhaust equipment is necessary due to the use of organic solvents. 3. Considering the possibility of changing the layout of the pulverizer and workability, a large space without columns is more user-friendly. 4. Temperature control is necessary to maintain consistent testing conditions.

basic information
The planned installation location has the same environment as the outside air separated by a shutter, so we designed it using high-insulation cleanroom panels, considering stable temperature control and airtightness. The existing floor is in a condition that requires repainting, and there is also a drainage channel, so we will fill it with mortar and then finish it with chemical-resistant paint. For exhaust, we proposed to drop flexible ducts from the ceiling to the necessary locations in each of the two rooms and exhaust to the outside air from the exhaust fans installed above the ceiling. Points: 1. Use high-insulation exterior wall panels. 2. Repaint the floor with chemical-resistant paint. Fill the existing drainage channel with mortar. 3. Consider the balance of supply and exhaust air to maintain cleanliness, with exhaust processing through a total of 10 flexible ducts. 4. Install packaged air conditioners in each room as a stable air conditioning system, supplying air through HEPA filters.
