We received a consultation from a chemical manufacturer regarding the establishment of an environment to conduct various tests for future product development. Issues: 1. Cleanliness class 10,000. 2. For summer and winter, we want to manage the environment with air conditioning at a temperature of 20-30°C, humidity as needed → 25°C ± 3°C, 50% ± 10%. 3. Since chemicals (acidic) will be used inside the booth, we also want to implement exhaust treatment.

We propose a double-structured KAMATA clean booth for efficient temperature and humidity management. Since the installation space is limited, we have made the equipment as compact as possible. Points: 1. By using double-layered panels, we enhance insulation effectiveness. 2. To save space and reduce costs, we use precision air conditioning units. 3. To limit the capacity of the air conditioning units, we install exhaust fans in the booth to create a circulation system. 4. Since chemicals will be used inside the booth, we install a draft to use the chemicals within it. 5. The air exhausted from the draft is replenished by the air conditioning unit. 6. Exhaust treatment is performed with an activated carbon filter for primary treatment, followed by secondary treatment with a simple scrubber before discharging the exhaust outside the factory.
