Clean booth for cleanliness management by process in the clean room.

In the clean room, we were performing cleaning and coating operations as a pre-treatment, but there were frequent cases of foreign substances being discovered before coating. Although it was a clean room, the cleanliness class was not very high, and dust, which is a foreign substance, was re-adhering after cleaning. When foreign substances were found, it was necessary to clean again, which was a factor preventing an increase in production efficiency, so measures were urgently needed. Issues: 1. There are frequent occurrences of dust re-adhering to the products. 2. The cleanliness level in the clean room is class 100,000. 3. Dust accumulation is observed in the grooves and steps of the room walls, and turbulence is also assumed to be occurring. 4. We want to separate the cleaning pre-treatment process from the coating process. 5. We want to bring the cleaned products into the coating room in a high cleanliness state.

First, we proposed to create clean booths for each process and raise the cleanliness level to Class 100. The clean booths will be constructed using KAMTA aluminum frames, which can be made as flat as possible with minimal steps, both for the inner and outer walls, according to customer requirements. Additionally, since heat treatment will take place in the coating room, we will manage the temperature by calculating the heat generated and supplying the necessary amount through individual air conditioning units and FFUs. Key Points: 1. Enclose the cleaning pre-treatment room and the coating room separately to raise the cleanliness level of each room to Class 100. 2. Use KAMATA frames with minimal steps for the aluminum frame. By applying double sheets, both the outer and inner walls will be flat. 3. Establish a front room between the two processes for separation and install an interlock mechanism on the door. 4. Adjust the airflow of the FFU with inverter control to manage the room pressure. By setting the room pressure of the front room lower, we prevent dust from flowing into each process room when the door opens. 5. Introduce temperature control to mitigate the rise in indoor temperature caused by heat generated during the heat treatment process in the coating room.
